To assist servers in expediting service to the guest, to serve food from the kitchen in a timely manner, clean and reset tables, stockstations, to cross-train as a Line Runner.

Ensure all guests are greeted and seated in a friendly and courteous manner using appropriate procedures in accordance with Big Cedar Standards and to handle payment transactions for all foods and/or beverages purchased in the resort's restaurants. Perform close of shift accounting procedures when applicable.
Clean rooms and public spaces as outlined in the housekeeping manual and/or as directed by the Executive Housekeeper.
Check all fixtures in room to ensure proper working order.
Communicate with dispatcher on clean rooms or room status changes and report maintenance defects in rooms.
Maintain an awareness of all safety procedures and guidelines as they relate to guests and associates.
Be knowledgeable of cleaning products, their proper uses and necessary personal protective equipment to perform the tasks with safety awareness in mind.
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
